HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

The time period for deliveries is made up of two parts:

1) Processing time (1-2 business days):
Order confirmation, customization, quality check, packaging.

2) Delivery time (per destination):

  • Switzerland (Swiss Post): 5-8 business days
  • Italy (Poste Italiane): 5-8 business days

  • Portugal (CTT): 5-8 business days
  • United Kingdom (Royal Mail): 5-8 business days
  • Ireland (An Post): 5-8 business days
  • United States (USPS): 5-8 business days
  • Canada (Canada Post): 5-8 business days
  • Australia (Australia Post): 5-8 business days
  • New Zealand (New Zealand Post): 5-8 business days
  • Denmark (PostNord): 5-8 business days

3) Shipping options:

We proudly offer free shipping on every order, worldwide. We ship to most countries internationally. If your country is available for selection during the checkout process, we ship to you!

No Custom Fees: You will not be charged any custom duties or import fees on your order.

4) Warehouse working hours and cutoff:

  • Our warehouse operates on weekdays Monday to Friday.
  • Our cutoff time is 12:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Berlin).

ADDRESS CHANGE

Address changes are only possible for a short time after placing the order. Please contact our customer service at support@zeya-brand.com as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address.

CANCELLATION

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled prior to delivery. All orders are processed immediately to ensure on-time delivery.

LOST PACKAGE / RETURNED PACKAGE

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to a logistical problem, we will immediately send a new package. Please contact our customer service at support@zeya-brand.com.

MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE

How annoying! It may occasionally happen that your product is damaged in transit or that an incorrect product is delivered. We will always send you a new package free of charge the first time, but unfortunately we cannot issue a refund in that case. If the second item also arrives defective, we will refund the full purchase amount.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.
