Clothing: find your size
Start with your measurements, then compare them with the information for your chosen item. Size labels and conversions can vary between styles.

Where do I find my product’s measurements?
Look for “Size guide” beside the size options and check the product description for measurements and fit notes. Check whether the measurements describe your body or the garment. Compare garment measurements with a similar item that fits you well. If measurements are missing, send our team the product link.
How to measure
Take a moment to measure.
Wear light clothing, stand naturally and keep the tape level. It should sit close to your body without pulling tight.
- 1Bust
- Measure around the fullest part of your bust, with the tape passing under your arms and across your back.
- 2Waist
- Measure around your natural waist — the narrowest part of your torso. Keep your body relaxed.
- 3Hips
- Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
- 4Inseam
- Measure from the top of your inner leg to your ankle. You can also measure the inside seam of trousers that fit you well.

Measure heel to toe.
- Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor against a wall. Stand on it with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the end of your longest toe, then measure the distance from the wall to the mark.
- Measure both feet and use the longer measurement. Wear the socks you plan to wear with your shoes.

Measure your finger
Wrap a narrow strip of paper or non-stretch string around the base of your finger. Mark where the ends meet, lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres. Compare this with the approximate circumference column. Make sure the loop can slide over your knuckle.

Where do I find the product size chart?
Look for “Size guide” beside the size options or measurement information in the product description. Use the measurements for that exact style. If measurements are missing, send us the product link for help.
What if my measurements fall between clothing sizes?
Check the fit notes and the measurements most relevant to the item: bust for tops, waist and hips for bottoms, and all three for fitted dresses. If you are unsure, send us the product link and your measurements before ordering.
Are the measurements for my body or the garment?
Check the label on the product chart. Body measurements describe you; garment measurements describe the item itself. When a chart gives garment measurements, comparing with a similar piece you already own can help.
Will the same size fit across every style?
Fit can vary with the cut, fabric and design. Check each product’s chart and fit notes, even if you have ordered from ZEYA before.
