- Measure around the fullest part of your bust, with the tape passing under your arms and across your back.
- Waist
- Measure around your natural waist — the narrowest part of your torso. Keep your body relaxed.
- Hips
- Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
- Inseam
- Measure from the top of your inner leg to your ankle. You can also measure the inside seam of trousers that fit you well.

Find your ring size.
Choose a ring that fits the same finger. Measure straight across the inside of the ring in millimetres, from inner edge to inner edge. Match that measurement to the inside diameter column.
Wrap a narrow strip of paper or non-stretch string around the base of your finger. Mark where the ends meet, lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres. Compare this with the approximate circumference column. Make sure the loop can slide over your knuckle.
